Julia Kristina’s Video Has BLOWN MY MIND!

I love that I can learn something new every day if I just open myself up to different viewpoints and advice.

Julia Kristina is a Therapist, Researcher, and online course creator with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. To be honest, this played a huge role in why I decided to continue watching this video.

I enjoy hearing different ideas on what has worked for people’s mental health issues. But when you don’t know a person well or haven’t been following their work long enough, it’s easy to cast off their advice as something that won’t work for you. Their situation, mindset, experience, etc. must be different from yours. They must not understand exactly what YOU’RE going through.

While that may be the case, any advice we get is worth listening to. Even if only a part of the advice is beneficial to us. We never know when we’re going to hear the one thing that truly speaks to us and possibly changes our life!

Once I began listening to Julia Kristina, I felt understood. She has a way of speaking that soothes me. And what she says is empowering and inspirational.

This video in particular made me see things so differently! The power that a single word has is astonishing. It allowed me to recognize how much control I really do have over my own thoughts and feelings.

  1. Interesting video, it gives someone something to really think about. I will probably comment more after I think about it more.

    • I think this video brings fresh perspective on how we think. Our thoughts are a lot harder to control than our actions. But if we can try to control our thoughts a little better and think more positively, it can only benefit us. We tend to put too much pressure on ourselves. It’s important not to be too hard on ourselves.
